Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Blotee, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality handbags and purses that you'll love. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

No Return / No Refund

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, Blotee does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You are facing a size or product-related issue (where applicable).

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be in the same condition as it was delivered.

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 working days of receiving your order.

  • After your request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us by the customer.

  • Blotee does not provide reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our address.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
